At GrowMyMoney, we provide secure and transparent investment opportunities in agriculture and livestock. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which investors may cancel their investments and request a refund.

2. Investment Cancellation by User

  • Investors have the option to cancel their investment at any time.

  • To cancel, the user must submit a written refund request via email at support@growmymoney.net or through the platform’s support system.

  • Users must provide 25–30 calendar days for GrowMyMoney to process the refund.

3. Revenue During Refund Request

  • Investors requesting a refund will not receive any revenue or profits for the month in which the refund request is submitted.

  • Revenue will be calculated up to the last completed month before the refund request.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable for:

  • Voluntary cancellation of investment by the user (as described above).

  • Duplicate payment due to system error.

  • Payment made in error or to the wrong account caused by the platform.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Losses incurred due to investment performance.

  • Partial withdrawals or incomplete investment periods.

5. Refund Request Process

  1. Submit your refund request via email or support system.

  2. Include investment details: transaction ID, date, and invested amount.

  3. GrowMyMoney will review the request and process it within 25–30 days.

  4. Approved refunds will be returned via the original payment method whenever possible.

6. Exceptions

  • Refund requests submitted without proper notice or incomplete information may be delayed or denied.

  • GrowMyMoney reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not comply with this policy.
